The processes involve laminating NFC tags on your traditional/physical certificate papers making them IoT/digital assets. This makes them trackable, manageable and verifiable anytime and anywhere delivering significant advantage. Issuing institutions can also easily revoke, suspend and re-issue certificates with just a click.
We adopt industry standard and professional practices ensuring these tags remain permanently embedded without leaving space for fraudulent removal similar to how smart cards or NFC-enhanced badges are manufactured. If someone tries to remove or separate them both the certificate and the tag physically get damaged rendering the certificate useless.
You can choose from two options that suit your institution's need or preference.
1. You either send your certificate papers either already have graduands information printed on them or just blank, while we laminate the tags on them and configure them appropriately.
2. The second option is that we provide you with already pre-printed RFID papers. We will configure each paper with unique graduand's data, while you just print your graduands information on them later.
Most institutions prefer the first option because it allows them to maintain their existing certificate paper quality and size. Our own part is just to laminate the tags on the certificates and configure them appropriately.

Our high precision laminating machines, automatically laminate the NFC inlay securely on the paper structure, and verifies that it is readable. Each certificate paper is laminated with a protective clear layer that locks the NFC chip inside, such that if someone tries to peel the chip out, the antenna breaks, rendering the certificate void.

Once the NFC tag is embedded and encoded with a secure data payload, an NFC-compactible Android phone can be used to read and verify it. The phone can be used for scanning and reading the certificate data or information to verify it's authenticity or genuineness. This happens instantly by connecting to the database in real time to verify the authenticity, ownership and current status of the certificate. This simply flow enables the verifier to instantly ascertain if the issued certificate is authentic and has not been forged.
